The Company’s common stock has been quoted on the OTC Markets since August 2024. Prior to that time, the common stock traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “OPGN” from 5 May 2015. Prior to 5 May 2015, there was no public market for the Company’s common stock.
On 23 February 2026, stockholders approved the change of the Company’s name from OpGen, Inc. to CapForce Inc., and in connection with that change the ticker symbol became “CFOR”.
On 20 May 2024, the Company effected a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock.

Nasdaq
On 8 August 2025, The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC filed a Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which removed the Company’s securities from listing on Nasdaq. The Company is appealing Nasdaq’s delisting determination to the Securities and Exchange Commission. The parties have completed their submissions and the matter is under review by the Commission; no timetable for a final decision has been indicated.
